Challenges for 2011

Our main Challenge for 2011 is to make an item using Japanese Folded Patchwork.

Jacqui has shown us some of her own creations and demonstrated how they were made; she will be showing us other Japanese folded techniques during our group sewing evenings throughout the year.
Show and Tell for this challenge will be in March next year.

We also have a mysterious ongoing "Ugly Fabric" challenge; details of that will be revealed in due course.

Although Jacqui has many ideas for projects and challenges, she would appreciate from club members any techniques or blocks they would like to see incorporated into these, or ideas for future challenges.
